Zusammenfassung:A magnesium salt whisker enhanced fluororubber modified PVC (polyvinyl chloride) cable material for automobile harnesses is made of, by weight, 65-70 parts of PVC, 7-8 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 40-50 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 2.5-3 parts of triallyl isocyanurate, 0.2-0.3 part of dicumyl peroxide, 1-2 parts of carbon black, 20-25 parts of hexafluoropropylene ternary copolymer rubber, 4-4.5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2.5-3 parts of bisphenol AF, 2-2.5 parts of nanoscale bismuth oxide micropowder, 2.4-2.8 parts of zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate, 2.8-3.2 parts of magnesium salt whiskers, 2-2.5 parts of maleic anhydride, 1.2-1.6 parts of xylene, 18-22 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane and 0.8-0.9 part of antioxidant 1010. The cable material is excellent in low temperature resistance, thermal resistance, oxidation resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, insulativity, airtightness and resistance to atmosphere aging and is applicable to manufacturing of cables for instruments, fuel tanks and the like of automobiles.
