Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses Vimentin-Fc fusion protein and application thereof. According to the Vimentin-Fc fusion protein, the fusion protein of Vimentin and an Fc fragment of human IgG (immunoglobulin) is constructed by using molecular biology and cell biology techniques, wherein the fusion protein comprises the Vimentin of intermediate filaments and the Fc fragment of human IgG, and the Vimentin and the Fc fragment are directly fused or are fused by virtue of a connection sequence. The fusion protein provided by the invention can be used for preventing or treating Japanese encephalitis virus infection, or can be applied to related scientific researches on Vimentin and Fc protein functions as a biological preparation.
