Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a high temperature alloy porous precise injector. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: forming integral first assemblies through combined design of liquid oxygen nozzles, the middle bottom of the injector and a body of the injector; forming integral second assemblies through combined design of fuel nozzles and the lower bottom of the injector; welding the first assemblies and the second assemblies to form third assemblies; performing stress relieving on the third assemblies which are detected to be qualified; processing after clamping a current plate, the upper bottom of the injector and an ignition passage sleeve once; processing the liquid oxygen nozzles and the fuel nozzles according to the design; welding the current plate, the upper bottom of the injector, the ignition passage sleeve and the third assemblies, and precisely processing all welding parts; cleaning and drying qualified products. The manufacturing method is simple to operate, high in working efficiency and high in product qualified rate. |
