Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a seed initiator, which comprises the following active components in percentage by weight: 1%-5% of nitric acid rare earth, 0.05%-0.15% of gibberellin GA3, 0.1%-0.5% of vitamin C and the balance being water, wherein seeds are soaked with the initiator prepared from the components for 12 hours at the seed-medicine ratio of (1 to 1) to (1 to 4) and then are dried into original weight at 35 DEG C; the initiator has a good initiation effect on crop seeds after initiating, so that the phenomenon of rotten seeds and seedlings is obviously reduced; the indexes such as the emergence rate, the plant height and the fresh weight are obviously improved, and are obviously superior to those of a single agent of the components and a common initiator; a good synergistic facilitation effect is displayed; the seed initiator is a good initiator applied to the crop seeds; and the initiator is available in active compound, low in cost and convenient to prepare.
