Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a headrest. In the headrest (1), within a trim cover (2) that is sewn into a bag shape, a fibre molded body (10) is arranged to the front part side of a pad (P), and the pad (P) is arranged to the rear part side. Therefore, the safety and comfort of the portion of the headrest with which the head of a passenger comes into contact is guaranteed, and it is possible to provide a headrest that is lightweight in comparison to conventional headrests in which a pad and a body having low rebound resilience are arranged in the portion of the headrest with which the head of a passenger comes into contact. Because the headrest (1) is lightweight, the handling of the headrest is more favourable. Furthermore, because the thickness of the fibre molded body (10) in the front-back direction can be freely adjusted, the freedom of arrangement for a stay (4) within the pad (P) is increased.
