Dormant cell recovery method and platform thereof

The present invention provides a dormant cell recovery method and a platform thereof. The method comprises a determining step of determining dormant cells to be recovered according to a preset dormant cell judgment rule, a command generating step of generating a dormant recovery command set which is used for recovering the dormant cells to be recovered and is corresponding to each dormant cell to be recovered, and a recovering processing step of executing the dormant recovery command sets corresponding to the dormant cells to be recovered through the multi-threading technology when the number of the determined dormant cells to be recovered is larger than or equal to 2 and recovering the dormant cells to be recovered to be normal cells. According to the dormant cell recovery method and the platform, the processing efficiency of the dormant cells is greatly raised, the problem of untimely processing of too many dormant cells is effectively avoided, and the timeliness of recovery instruction execution is ensured well.
