The winding type high-diameter-to-length-ratio electrochemical energy-storage conversion device consists of a cathode current collector shell, an anode current collector shell, an insulating ring, a positive electrode slice, current collector blank parts, a negative electrode slice and an isolation layer, and is characterized in that the isolation layer separates the positive electrode slice and the negative electrode slice, and the isolation layer, the positive electrode slice and the negative electrode slice are together winded to form a disk-shaped high-diameter-to-length-ratio electrical core; the current collector blank parts exceed the isolation layer and enable the electrodes to be in good contact with corresponding current collector shells; moreover, each of the current collector blank parts is shaped and forms a compacted plane; and then, the end faces of the electrode current collector blank parts are welded to the current collector shells. |
