Manufacturing Method Of Solar Cell

The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a solar cell. The method comprises the following steps of preparing a paste; configuring a forme possessing a linear opening corresponding to a specified pattern on the surface of a first semiconductor substrate; providing the paste to an end part which is used as the first end part of the forme and comprises the opening part in a width direction orthogonal with a printing direction; on one hand, using a scraping plate to move the provided paste from the first end part of the forme to a second end part relative to the first end part, on the other hand, carrying out the first printing on the first semiconductor substrate by enabling the provided paste to pass the opening part; configuring a forme after the first printing on the surface of a second semiconductor substrate; on one hand, using the scraping plate to move the moved paste from the second end part to the first end part relative to the second end part, on the other hand, carrying out the second printing on the second semiconductor substrate by enabling the moved paste to pass the opening part; and roasting the printed paste to form an electrode of a specified pattern.
