The embodiments of the invention disclose an array substrate of an organic light emitting display apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting display apparatus. The array substrate comprises multiple pixel units arranged in an array, wherein at least one pixel unit comprises an organic light emitting diode formed on a base substrate and a first thin film transistor used for controlling the organic light emitting diode, the organic light emitting diode comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a light emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the first electrode of the organic light emitting diode is electrically connected with the drain electrode of the first thin film transistor; and a conductive layer and an insulation layer which are formed between the first thin film transistor and the organic light emitting diode, wherein the first electrode of the organic light emitting diode, the insulation layer and the conductive layer form a capacitor, and the conductive layer is electrically connected with the first grid of the first thin film transistor.
