Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a mining shielding type trailing cable and a manufacturing process thereof. The cable comprises at least one power wire core unit, at least one ground wire core, an inner sheath coating the outer surfaces of the power wire core unit and the ground wire core, a braiding reinforcing layer located at the outer surface of the inner sheath, and an outer sheath extruded at the outer surface of the braiding reinforcing layer. The outer sheath contains the following components, by weight: chlorinated polyethylene, chloroprene rubber, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, dibasic lead sulphate, tribasic lead sulphate, 4,4'-dioctyl diphenylamine, N-N- phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, RD, N,N-dimethylaniline, tricapryl trimellitate, epoxidized soybean oil, 70# chlorinated paraffin, high-wear-resistant carbon black, antimonony oxide, hydrotalcite, ammonium polyphosphate, precipitation-method-based white carbon black, modified calcined nano clay, gamma-mercaptopropyl triethoxysilane, trimethylol-propane trimethacrylate, triallyl isocyanurate, and triallyl cyanurate. According to the invention, the tensile strength of the cable is larger than 12Mpa and the elongation at break is larger than 350%; the aging performance and the wear-resistant performance are improved; the aging temperature can reach 135 DEG C; the weathering-resistant property is excellent; and the volume resistivity of the material is enhanced.
