Fingerprint information detection circuit

The fingerprint information detection circuit comprises a reset unit, a feedback unit, an amplification unit and a source follower unit, the reset unit is connected with the feedback unit and the amplification unit, the feedback unit is connected with the amplification unit, and the amplification unit is connected with the source follower unit. A reset pipe arranged in the reset unit stores charges when being conducted and resets the feedback unit, when the reset pipe is cut off, the stored charges are injected to the feedback unit and the amplification unit, and the feedback unit receives the charges and outputs a generated second voltage signal to the source follower unit when detecting the fingerprint information; the amplification unit amplifies the received signal and then outputs the signal to the source follower unit, the source follower unit carries out the level translation on the received signal and then outputs a first voltage signal, and the first voltage signal carries the detected fingerprint information. According to the present invention, the chip occupation area of the circuit is reduced, and the chip cost is saved.
