With the airplane baggage transfer vehicle intelligent management system of the invention adopted, receiving and processing of working time data of the airplane baggage transfer vehicles can be realized, so that the management efficiency of the airplane baggage transfer vehicles in an airport can be improved; and overall service time statistics of the baggage transfer vehicles can be realized, and the accuracy of charging can be improved, and man-made manipuility can be avoided, and a basis can be provided for the airport and an airline; the use of manpower, material resources and time can be decreased; and statistical data can be provided, and so that a basis can be provided for airport ground service evaluation.
