Proportional control magnetic valve

The invention provides a proportional control magnetic valve which comprises a spring seat, a valve sleeve, a valve element and a reset spring. The spring seat is fixedly installed at one end of an inner cavity of the valve sleeve, the valve element is installed in the inner cavity of the valve sleeve and moves in a straight line relative to the valve sleeve, the reset spring is installed between the spring seat and the valve element, an oil regulation port and an oil inlet which are communicated with the inner cavity of the valve sleeve are formed in the valve sleeve, a protruding part is fixedly connected to the inner cavity wall, located between the oil regulation port and the oil inlet, of the valve sleeve, the protruding part is opposite to the valve element protruding shoulder of the valve element, and when certain pressure exists in the inner cavity between the protruding part and the valve element protruding shoulder, the valve element can only move towards the direction of the oil regulation port relative to the valve sleeve. According to the proportional control magnetic valve, when a circuit breaks down or a magnetic core is blocked, the magnetic valve can still effectively regulate the valve element with the help of the pressure of the pressure medium entering the inner cavity, and it is guaranteed that the magnetic valve is within the safe pressure range.
