Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel tailstock structure adopting a sleeve type oil cylinder. The novel tailstock structure comprises a tailstock tank, a sleeve and the oil cylinder, wherein the sleeve can be glidingly and axially positioned on the tailstock tank; a piston rod of the oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the tailstock tank, and a cylinder body of the oil cylinder is inserted into the sleeve and fixedly positioned with the sleeve. The sleeve on the tailstock tank is designed into the sleeve type oil cylinder, so that the piston rod of the oil cylinder glides in the sleeve and drives the sleeve to move, the piston rod cannot be completely suspended outside the sleeve, the overall structure of a tailstock is more compact, the appearance is more attractive, and the overall stability and rigidity of the tailstock are improved; the sleeve directly forms the cylinder body of the oil cylinder, the processing cost is saved, and the oil cylinder and the sleeve are formed in one step and are not required to be assembled. The oil cylinder and the sleeve are integrally and fixedly mounted on the tailstock of the tank through a flange plate conveniently and rapidly, the mounting time is saved, and the mounting difficulty is reduced. |
