New preparation technology of permanent antibiosis and mildew prevention waterproof agent

The invention relates to a new preparation technology of a permanent antibiosis and mildew prevention waterproof agent. A technical scheme adopted in the invention is characterized in that the technology comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring a certain amount of an aqueous solution of triethanolamine (TEA) with a certain amount of an aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), adding 0.25mg/mL of silver nitrate, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment at 55DEG C for 15min in order to obtain an aqueous nanometer silver solution with the particle size of 3-8nm. Antibiosis experiment researches and economy condition consideration show that the optimum amount of the above antibiosis agent is 0.75[mu]g of water-soluble nanometer silver in 1g of a waterproof material. The technology has the advantages of simple process, low cost, and safety and non-toxicity of the above product, and the treated waterproof agent has the characteristics of no color change after long term use, no change of the appearance of the waterproof material, and permanent antibiosis and mildew prevention effects.
