Zusammenfassung: | A copper electrolyte addition agent loaded with nanocarbon is manufactured by following raw materials comprising, by weight, 10 parts to 11 parts of gelatin, 0.3 part to 0.4 part of nano tea polyphenol, 13 parts to 14 parts of thiourea, 0.2 part to 0.4 part of fluoroethylene carbonate, 0.2 part to 0.3 part of nanocarbon, 0.3 part to 0.4 part of silica solutions, the proper amount of deionized water and 3 parts to 4 parts of 75wt% sulfuric acid. According to the copper electrolyte addition agent, the silica solutions are used for loading the nanocarbon and the fluoroethylene carbonate, the electrolytic efficiency is improved, the viscosity of the gelatin is prevented from being unstable, and obtained cathode copper is few in impurity, smooth in surface and compact in structure; the nano tea polyphenol is added, so that the oxidation resistance and antibacterial properties of the gelatin can be improved, and the use time is prolonged; and the production process enables the viscosity of the gelatin to be kept stable, and the phenomena that due to too large viscosity, copper foil is mixed up with the gelatin and becomes coarse are avoided. |
