Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a 45-steel precisely punched part thin layer carburizing heat treatment method which comprises the following steps: lifting a fixture filled with multiple 45-steel precisely punched parts into a pit-type carburizing furnace, and performing thin layer carburizing treatment on the 45-steel precisely punched parts by adopting a kerosene drip method; lifting the fixture which is completely subjected to carburizing treatment and is filled with 45-steel precisely punched parts out of the pit-type carburizing furnace, and immersing the fixture in an oil bath for quenching; taking the fixture out of the oil bath and cooling, detaching the multiple 45-steel precisely punched parts from the fixture, and cleaning the detached 45-steel precisely punched parts in a cleaning machine; and tempering the cleaned 45-steel precisely punched parts, wherein the tempering temperature is 180-220 DEG C. According to the 45-steel precisely punched part thin layer carburizing heat treatment method provided by the invention, the depth of the carburizing layer is 0.2mm or below, and the hardness of each precisely punched part is over HRC47; and compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low cost, low quenching temperature, small deformation, high flatness and cracking resistance. |
