Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an anti-scaffolding wearing-resistant and damp-resistant nano coating for a cold-rolled silicon steel furnace roller. The nano coating adopts a nano structure and comprises a composite material layer, wherein the composite material layer comprises a nano metal layer, a nano-metal-ceramic layer and a nano ceramic layer. The invention further provides a preparation method of the nano coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: operating by using equipment of plasma, supersonic speed and thermal spraying techniques, and controlling the spraying process conditions. The invention further provides application of the nano coating and the cold-rolled silicon steel furnace roller with the nano coating. The nano coating not only has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wearing resistance and damp resistance, but also can be tightly combined with a substrate, is high in bonding force and density, and most importantly is high in anti-scaffolding property, and when the nano coating is used for the cold-rolled silicon steel furnace roller, long-lasting operation of the cold-rolled silicon steel furnace roller can be ensured, the product quality of silicon steel can be improved, and reliable guarantee can be provided for companies to reduce the production cost.
