The invention relates to steel pipe heat treatment equipment, in particular to a flexible servo clamping rotating device. The flexible servo clamping rotating device is provided with a base, and two rotating supporting wheel mechanisms are arranged on the base side by side in a left-and-right manner; the flexible servo clamping rotating device is characterized in that a left swing rod and a right swing rod are arranged on the two sides of the base, and rotating shafts are arranged in the middles of the two swing rods and are rotatably connected with the base; pressing wheels are arranged at the upper ends of the two swing rods, the height of the upper ends of the two swing rods exceed that of rotating supporting wheels, and under the compressing state, the position above the side of a workpiece is compressed; and the lower ends of the two swing rods are rotatably connected with the front end and the rear end of a pushing rod mechanism respectively through pin shafts. The flexible servo clamping rotating device solves the problems that an existing steel pipe heat treatment clamping rotating device is unstable in clamping, the outer wall of a steel pipe is prone to being damaged, and external spraying quenching cooling is uneven, and is suitable for clamping heat treatment of steel pipes of different specifications and wall thicknesses.
