A gas-making coal bunker is arranged at the upper end of a gasification furnace main body; a conveyer belt is arranged on the gas-making coal bunker; a vibrating screen is arranged on the conveyer belt; a steam inlet pipe and an air inlet pipe are arranged in the gasification furnace main body; a valve is arranged between a purified gas tank body and the gasification furnace main body; a valve I is arranged on the air inlet pipe; a transmission pipeline I is arranged between the air inlet pipe and the steam inlet pipe; a valve II is arranged on the transmission pipeline I; a valve III and a valve IV are arranged on the transmission pipeline; a transmission pipeline II is arranged between the transmission pipeline and the gasification furnace main body; a transmission pipeline III is arranged between the transmission pipeline and a waste heat recovery tank body; a valve V is arranged on the transmission pipeline II; a valve VI is arranged on the transmission pipeline III.
