Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-combustible graphene polystyrene foamed insulation board as well as a preparation method and an application thereof, relates to insulation boards as well as preparation methods and applications thereof, and solves a problem that an existing fireproof and high-energy-saving insulation material cannot meet energy-saving requirements or cannot meet fireproof requirements. The insulation board is prepared from polystyrene foamed particles, a graphene nanopowder solution and a binding agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: foaming polystyrene particles by using a foaming machine, obtaining the polystyrene foamed particles, mixing graphene nanopowder with water, obtaining the graphene nanopowder solution, then performing pressure maintaining on the polystyrene foamed particles under vacuum negative pressure, sucking the graphene nanopowder solution into a vacuum pot by negative pressure, adjusting and maintaining the pressure in the vacuum pot, and obtaining a mixture; mixing the mixture with the binding agent, obtaining an initial board, and finally compacting. The application is as follows: the insulation board serves as an energy-saving internal and external wall insulation material and an energy-saving roof insulation material, is used for manufacturing a composite insulation board and is used in the field of energy conservation and insulation of internal and external walls. |
