Especially, yield increase fine element balance nourishing three-high foliar fertilizers containing elements of chromium, zinc, manganese, selenium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and the like lacked by diabetic patient bodies are sprayed on leaf surfaces of old tea trees being more than 10 years old, not only are yield increase and income increase of tea increased, but also tea contains required life elements controlling diabetes. 50%-68% of old tea, 30%-40% of a small number of dry mulberry leaves and 3%-5% of tiny guava leaves or pine needles and the like are employed to prepare bag tea, and diabetes is controlled through drinking of the bag tea.
