Oil field waste treatment method and device

The invention relates to an oil field waste treatment method. The method comprises the steps of heat supply, primary treatment, secondary treatment and gas treatment, wherein in the step of heat supply, saturated steam is heated by a heat source to become superheated steam; in the step of primary treatment, oil field wastes are put in a primary treater and the superheated steam in the step of heat supply is introduced to carry out thermal desorption by adopting an internal heating mode; in the step of secondary treatment, the oil field wastes subjected to primary treatment are sent to a secondary treater and the superheated steam in the step of heat supply is introduced to carry out thermal desorption on the oil field wastes in the secondary treater again by adopting an internal heating mode; gaseous products generated in the steps of primary treatment and secondary treatment are collected, and oil, water and non-condensable gases are recovered after the gaseous products are treated by a three-phase separation tower and undergo oil-water separation; solid products after secondary treatment are cooled and then discharged. The invention also provides a device for implementing the method. The method has the advantages of simplified process, simple equipment, high treatment efficiency, low production cost, high energy utilization rate, energy conservation, environmental friendliness, and the like.
