The invention provides a nitrogen and phosphorus removal sewage purification device. The nitrogen and phosphorus removal sewage purification device comprises a water inlet, a packed bed, an inclined plate pipe, a water outlet and a perforated sludge discharge pipe. The water inlet is located at the upper part of one end of the packed bed; the inclined plate pipe is located at the other end of the packed bed; the water outlet and the perforated sludge discharge pipe are respectively located at the upper end and the lower end of the inclined plate pipe; the packed bed is divided into a limestone purification and phosphorous removal region, a clinoptilolite denitrification region, a modified ceramic material purification region and a volcanic rock purification region by three groups of baffles and flow guide plates; porous bearing plates are arranged on the tops and bottoms of the four regions; a flow guide region is arranged between the baffles and the flow guide plates; the upper and lower ends of each baffle are fixedly connected with the packed bed, and bottom water pores are formed in the bottom of each baffle. The four regions serve as the packed bed to purify the sewage in sequence, and denitrification, phosphorous removal, removal of organic pollutants and separation of mud and water are finished at the same time. The nitrogen and phosphorus removal sewage purification device finishes integral sewage purification, and is simple in structure, convenient to operate and good in purification effect.
