The disperse corrosion and scale inhibitor comprises the following components by mass: 14% to 18% of polyhydroxy acid, 23% to 27% of organophosphorus, 18% to 22% of copolymer, 14% to 18% of zinc chloride and 22% to 26% of benzotriazol. The film forming speed of the disperse corrosion and scale inhibitor is 20 to 30 min. The preparation method for the disperse corrosion and scale inhibitor comprises the following steps: preparation of organophosphorus; and preparation of the disperse corrosion and scale inhibitor. Thus, the disperse corrosion and scale inhibitor has disperse corrosion inhibition, fast film forming speed, long-acting passive film and low corrosion rate; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and has low production cost.
