Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses equipment for preparing trichlorosilane with a cold hydrogenation method. The equipment comprises a vertical cylindrical barrel, an upper seal head and a lower seal head and is characterized in that a synthesis gas outlet and a venting port are formed in the upper seal head, a residue outlet is formed in the bottom of the lower seal head, a raw gas inlet which extends to a center shaft of the cylinder and has a downward opening is arranged in the position, close to the lower seal head, of the lower end of a barrel wall of the barrel, a distributor support plate is horizontally arranged in the upper position, close to the raw gas inlet, of the inside of the barrel, a plurality of distributor nozzles are uniformly distributed on the distributor support plate, a residue discharge port and a silica powder inlet are formed in the barrel wall of the barrel, a bubble breaker and a plurality of cyclone separators communicated sequentially are arranged in the barrel, outlets of the cyclone separators are connected with synthesis gas outlets, sedimentation pipes are connected with bottom openings in the cyclone separators, and opening-closing cover plates are arranged at outlets of the sedimentation pipes. The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and capability of realizing continuous feeding and discharging of materials and can complete gas distribution, fluidized bed reaction, gas-solid cyclone separation and solid material sedimentation and reutilization simultaneously. |
