The invention discloses a product processing device and a gathering and conveying device. The gathering and conveying device comprises a main conveyor belt and a plurality of branch conveyor belts. The main conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of gathering ports. Feeding inlets of the multiple branch conveyor belts can be connected with discharging outlets of a plurality of production devices respectively. Discharging outlets of the multiple branch conveyor belts are connected with the multiple gathering ports respectively. Each branch conveyor belt is provided with a first baffle device. Materials on each branch conveyor belt can be prevented from moving onto the main conveyor belt after the corresponding first baffle device stretches out; the materials on each branch conveyor belt are allowed to move onto the main conveyor belt after the corresponding first baffle device retracts. Materials produced by the production devices are moved to appointed places by cooperation of the branch conveyor belts and the main conveyor belt. Compared with the prior art, the total length of the branch conveyor belts and the main conveyor belt is small, so that cost is reduced correspondingly, and occupied space is small.
