Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a special mineral magnetic separator conveying belt composite material and a manufacturing method thereof. The special mineral magnetic separator conveying belt composite material comprises an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and a sandwich layer, wherein the upper surface layer is a polytetrafluoroethylene layer, the lower surface layer is a rubber layer, the sandwich layer is an aramid fiber layer, and the aramid fiber layer is a mesh structure woven from a lot of aramid fibers according to a certain order. According to the present invention, the composite material is formed by compounding three materials, and has characteristics of high strength and high toughness; the upper surface layer has characteristics of low friction coefficient, wear resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance; the lower surface layer material is anti-slip; the whole thickness of the composite material is ultra-thin so as ensure the magnetic permeability of the mineral magnetic separator; the cross section can resist 18 ton pull force, and the tensile strength is 6 times the tensile strength of the ordinary steel wire; and the upper surface layer is smooth, the sliding friction coefficient 0.01 ensures that the impurity can not attach on the conveying belt surface, the anti-fatigue strength is 120, and the flexibility is good. |
