First gear grooves are formed in the first side plate. Second gear grooves are formed in the second side plate. The first gear grooves correspond to the second gear grooves. A first gear rod and a second gear rod are arranged among the first gear grooves and the second gear grooves. The first gear rod corresponds to the second gear rod. The adjusting rack for the gear-type grinding wheel group has following beneficial effects: the bottom plate has effects of fixation and support and is capable of mounting the grinding wheel group between the first gear rod and the second gear rod; due to the fact that gear rods make adjustments to the gear grooves, relative positions between the gear rods can be controlled, thereby conveniently adjusting the relative position of the grinding wheel group; and better grinding flexibility is obtained.
