Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a gas shielded flux cored welding wire resistant to sulfuric acid dew point corrosion, and a preparation method thereof. The welding wire is the gas shielded flux cored welding wire formed by filling a mild-carbon steel strip outer sheath with a flux core, wherein the flux core basically comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-45% of TiO2, 8-12% of SiO2, 2-4% of ZrO2, 3-4.5% of Na2O and K2O, 15-20% of ferroalloy, 4-6% of Al2O3, 12-16% of Fe and 1-2% of Sb2O3; all of the components are pretreated and blended, and then the mixture is dried to prepare filling flux powder; the steel strip is rolled to be U-shaped through a forming roller, and then the U-shaped steel strip is filled with the flux powder to be rolled to be tube-shaped, wherein the flux powder filling rate is 12-20%; then the tube-shaped steel strip is subjected to drawing for diameter reduction to obtain the flux-cored wire in the specified dimension. Through adoption of the flux-cored welding wire, weld metal is excellent in sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance, and the properties of deposited metal and welding joints are excellent; the flux-cored welding wire has better performance and higher efficiency compared with those of commonly used welding rods, gas shielded solid wires, TIG welding wires and the like which are used in welding processes, and is low in comprehensive cost, relatively energy-saving, and more suitable for automatic production.
