Metal cored welding wire for welding of automobile exhaust pipe

The invention discloses a metal cored welding wire for welding of an automobile exhaust pipe. The welding wire comprises a welding wire flux core and an outer sheath wrapping the outer side of the welding wire flux core; the welding wire flux core comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-70% of chrome metal, 15-35% of ferrotitanium, 1-6% of manganese metal, 2-8% of ferrosilicon, 3-5% of Al-Mg alloy, 3-6% of an arc stabilizer and 1-3% of carbides. During welding, the welding wire is very low in splash, few in residue, stable in arc, and suitable for welding of a tail pipe, a silencer and the like used in an automobile exhaust system; through adoption of the welding wire, a formed welding seam is attractive.
