Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a diamond drill bit matrix powder suitable for a deep well drilling condition and a drill bit. The diamond drill bit matrix powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-60% of tungsten carbide, 15-52% of FeCoCu prealloy powder, 6-10% of nickel, 7-11% of copper-tin 15, 3-6% of manganese, and 1-2% of La-Ni rare earth alloy powder, wherein the FeCoCu prealloy powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-65% of Fe, 15-20% of Co, and 15-35% of Cu; the La-Ni rare earth alloy powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of La, 60% of Ni and the balance of Co. The drill bit comprises a matrix made of the matrix powder. The matrix powder has a better mechanical property; the drill bit adopting the matrix powder has higher drilling efficiency and is longer in service life. |
