The invention relates to a heat-insulation treatment method of a motor vehicle which comprises the processing steps that a liquid heat-insulation material is stirred uniformly, and then a shell of the motor vehicle is sprayed and coated with the liquid heat-insulation material in a baking finish room at the temperature of 8-12 DEG C; the temperature of the baking finish room is brought to 40-50 DEG C within 6-10 minutes in order to solidify the liquid heat-insulation material; and the motor vehicle shell is pushed out after the temperature of the baking finish room is reduced to an ambient temperature. The heat-insulation treatment method of the motor vehicle provided by the invention has the beneficial effect that influences of the external ambient temperature on temperature inside the motor vehicle can be effectively avoided, and thus the temperature in the vehicle can be ensured to be kept in a proper scope in order to make a human body comfortable; strength and duration for operation starting of an air conditioner in the vehicle are reduced, and fuel consumption is reduced; rust and corrosion are prevented, and service life of the vehicle body is prolonged; and an operational method is simple and can be constructed conveniently.
