Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a self-cooling sealed controller, which comprises a mutually buckled controller shell and a heat-dissipation plate. The controller shell is internally provided with heat-dissipation oil holes. The heat-dissipation plate is provided with a plurality of heat-absorption oil holes. A first seal cover, a first valve plate, a circuit board mounting part, a second valve plate, a gear pump, a speed reduction disc and a fan are sequentially connected. A motor is arranged in the circuit board mounting part or in the speed reduction disc. According to the invention, the heat-dissipation oil holes are arranged in the controller shell and the heat-absorption oil holes are arranged in the heat-dissipation plate. During usage, the motor drives the gear pump to enable the oil in the heat-absorption oil holes of the heat-dissipation plate to absorb the heat emitted by a circuit board. After that, the oil flows into the heat-dissipation oil holes in the controller shell to transfer the heat to the controller shell. Then the heat of the controller shell is radiated to the outside through radiating fins. The fan is used for blowing air to the radiating fins. Therefore, the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiating fins is improved. |
