The invention relates to a vehicle overtake system comprising an acquisition module, a wireless signal module A, a reception controller, a display module, a wireless signal module B, an operation device, and a CPU processing controller; through a start control button on the operation device, the wireless signal module A on large vehicle A receives an electric signal; the reception controller receives the electric signal through processing the wireless signal module A, thus collecting video materials in front of the large vehicle A; the wireless signal module B on vehicle B receives video material electric signals sent by the large vehicle A, and the video material is displayed on a transparent LCD, so a driver on the vehicle B can determine whether to overtake according to the provided video material.
