The present invention discloses a data transmission method and a data transmission device. The method comprises sending N data packages to a target terminal according to a pre-set continuous transmission quantity, N being a current continuous transmission quantity; receiving a receiving result, of the N data packages, sent by the target terminal; analyzing the receiving result to judge if the N data packages are all accurately received by the target terminal; and if are, the current continuous transmission quantity is raised to M, so as to enable the number of data packages continuously sent to the target terminal the next time to be M. With adoption of the method and the device, the problem of low data transmission efficiency of the prior art is solved.
