Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a multi-spindle weaving method which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out wire drawing on a metal and then carrying out annealing, and twisting a plurality of annealed metal wires to be metal conductors, (2) coating the outer surface of the metal conductors by using insulators to form insulation layers to make insulated metal wires, (3) twisting the insulated metal wires to be cable units, (4) coating the cable units by using electromagnetic shielding objects to form electromagnetic shielding cable wires, (5) winding a heat insulating tape on the plurality of electromagnetic shielding cable wires and arranging a filler between two adjacent electromagnetic shielding cable wires to make a blank cable, (6) sleeving the blank cable with a metal sleeve and coating the external part of the metal sleeve by using a metal tape, and (7) sleeving the metal tape with an outer sheath. The cable produced by using the multi-spindle weaving method has the advantages of compact structure, little possibility of deformation, stable transmission signal and small outside interference. |
