Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a stereo image generation method and a stereo image shooting device. The method is applicable to the stereo image shooting device comprising a touch control panel and a single lens. The stereo image generation method comprises the steps of: displaying an image through the touch control panel, wherein the image includes a preset path; then shooting at least two different planar images with the single lens when one touch point on the touch control panel is detected to move according to the preset path; and outputting the different planar images shot by the single lens so as to enable the touch control panel to display one stereo image. Thus, the stereo image shooting device can shoot stereo images without the help of special equipment or complex operation modes.
