Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of chemical composition test, and in particular relates to a method for detecting the residual amount of an L900 washing liquid in the cleaning process of plastic experimental apparatuses and glass wares of pharmacy, medical research, academics, biotechnology and other institutions. The method is used for carrying out quantitative analysis on residual amount of the L900 washing liquid in the plastic experimental apparatuses and the glass wares by combining an anion exchange column and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography based on a methylene blue spectrophotometric method; octyl sodium sulfate and octyl sodium sulfonate in the washing liquid of the plastic experimental apparatuses and the glass wares are enriched and concentrated by simple and efficient steps, so that the detection sensitivity is improved; reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography is used for effectively separating out the octyl sodium sulfate and the octyl sodium sulfonate which are combined with methylene blue, so that the interference of other substances for detection can be eliminated, and the specificity of the method is effectively guaranteed. The method has the detection limit of 2ng/mL for the octyl sodium sulfate and the octyl sodium sulfonate, so that the accuracy of the detected data is effectively guaranteed, and the sample detection of the L900 washing liquid can be better carried out at the very low concentration. |
