Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a layered calorific value correction mode based different-coal quantity control method. The method includes the steps of 1), establishing a layered calorific value correction mode through a coal calorific value of each coal bed; 2), through setting of the layered calorific values, a control system acquiring calorific value data information of the different coal beds, accurately controlling secondary wind under different coals, optimizing combustion favorably and improving safe and economical operation of a machine set; 3), through setting of the layered calorific values, the control system acquiring the calorific data information of the different coal beds to realize that different coal quantity changes among the different coal beds in varying load, adding more coals to coal mill groups with combustion of high-calorific value coals when adding the load, and reducing the coals from the coal mill groups with combustion of the high-calorific value coals to reduce fluctuation of low-calorific value coals when reducing the load. Compared with the prior art, the different-coal quantity control method has the advantage of stability in boiler combustion. |
