The invention discloses a treatment device and a treatment method for sewage in a highway service area. The treatment device is sequentially provided with a pretreatment chamber, wetland, an effluent control pond and a sewage collecting tank, wherein a first sewage inlet pipe is connected with the pretreatment chamber; the pretreatment chamber is provided with a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet; the first sewage inlet pipe is connected with the sewage inlet of the pretreatment chamber; a first sewage outlet pipe is connected with the sewage outlet of the pretreatment chamber; the other end of the first sewage outlet pipe is connected with a flow equalizing pipe; the flow equalizing pipe is connected with flow dividing pipes; the wetland is provided with a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet; the other ends of the flow dividing pipes are connected with the sewage inlet of the wetland through second sewage inlet pipes; the effluent control pond is provided with a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet; the sewage outlet of the wetland is connected with the sewage inlet of the effluent control pond through a second sewage outlet pipe; the sewage outlet of the effluent control pond is connected with the sewage collecting tank through a third sewage outlet pipe. The treatment device and the treatment method disclosed by the invention are stable and reliable in operation and high in anti-shock loading capability; the recycling of the sewage in the highway service area can be realized, so that the pollution of the sewage to the environment is reduced.
