Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment method with the combination of advanced oxidation and ultrafiltration membrane separation. The bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment method comprises four steps of pretreatment in an adjusting tank, primary advanced oxidation treatment, secondary advanced oxidation treatment and ultrafiltration membrane separation treatment. Bleaching and dyeing wastewater is collected into the adjusting tank and then enters a primary advanced oxidation tank after pH adjustment, ferrous iron and hydrogen peroxide are added for oxidation, the wastewater is oxidated and then flows into a sedimentation tank, supernate in the sedimentation tank flows into a secondary advanced oxidation tank, after the wastewater is further oxidated, a pH value is adjusted to 8.0, so as to remove iron ions and ferrous ions generated during advanced oxidation, and subsequently, the wastewater enters a rotary cross-flow type membrane separation device, so as to remove suspended matters and sediments from the wastewater and complete wastewater treatment. The method has the advantages of simple process flow, less investment, low energy consumption and simplicity and convenience in maintenance. |
