Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for controlling nitrite in a water body. The method comprises the following steps of step 1, producing a nitrifying bacteria attachment bed which comprises a cylindrical casing and mesh end covers, wherein the mesh end covers are arranged at two ends of the casing respectively, the casing is filled with porous loose packing, the casing is provided with an air guide hole which is communicated with the inside of the casing, and the air guide hole is connected with an air pump through an air guide pipe; step 2, preparing thalli in the attachment bed, wherein the preparation process comprises immersing the attachment bed which is produced in the step 1 into a bacteria group culture solution, controlling the temperature of the culture solution at 25 to 28 DEG C through air blast of the air pump and 24 to 48 hours of culture is performed; step 3, putting the attachment bed after treatment in the step 2 into the pretreatment water body and performing intermittent air blast. According to the method for controlling the nitrite in the water body, the special attachment bed is adopted, the specific surface area is large, and accordingly the good growth environment can be provided for a bacteria group and the sufficient oxygen supply can be provided for the growth of nitrifying bacteria due to the air pump particularly and accordingly the activity of the bacteria group is improved; the bacteria group is carefully proportioned and accordingly ammonia and the nitrite in the water body can be effectively removed; the cost is low, the maintenance is convenient, and the ammonia and nitrite reduction is rapid and stable.
