Powder purifying method and powder purifying apparatus

The invention provides a powder purifying method and a powder purifying apparatus. The purifying apparatus comprises a plurality of graphite boxes and a graphitizing furnace; each graphite box comprises a plurality of spiles and four sidewalls, wherein slots for inserting the spiles into the graphite box are formed in one sidewall, while grooves matched with the spiles are formed in the inner surfaces of the other three sidewalls; and the plurality of graphite boxes are arranged in parallel in the graphitizing furnace. The purifying method comprises the following steps: filling the cavities of the plurality of graphite boxes arranged into the graphitizing furnace with powder until the slots, inserting the spiles, covering with metallurgical rubber powder and then inserting the spiles, continuing powder filling until the slots and then inserting the spiles, repeating the process in this way until the whole graphite boxes are full; after the metallurgical rubber powder is applied between the whole graphite boxes, purifying at a high temperature; and sucking out the purified powder from the graphite boxes. According to the powder purifying method and the powder purifying apparatus, the space utilization rate of the graphitizing furnace is improved, the operations are simple, and the thermal insulation and heat dissipation effects are good.
