The high-efficiency and energy-saving continuous material conveying system comprises high material level meters, low material level meters, hand-operated slide plate gates, expansion joints, feed valves, charging pumps, air bleeding valves, pressure transmitters, a main conveying pipeline, an ash silo, a computer, wires, a PLC, a frequency converter, a conveying air pump, an instrument air pump, tee joints, a pressure detection device, conveying subsystems, an instrument air source pipeline, bins and a pipeline. The high-efficiency and energy-saving continuous material conveying system comprises the multiple conveying subsystems, the bins are connected with the charging pumps sequentially through the hand-operated slide plate gates, the expansion joints and the feed valves, the side portions of the bins are connected with the charging pumps through the air bleeding valves, the tee joints are fixed at the lower ends of the charging pumps, the computer is connected with the PLC through the corresponding wire, and the frequency converter is connected with the conveying air pump and the instrument air pump through the corresponding wires.
