In-mold blanket bonding production process and produced vehicle foot mat

The invention discloses an in-mold blanket bonding production process and a produced vehicle foot mat. The in-mold blanket bonding process is implemented according to the following steps: (1) a raw material of blanket cloth is cropped to a blanket; (2) the cropped blanket is put in a mold arranged in an injection molding machine; a barb is arranged in the mold; and the blanket is fixed in the mold through the barb; (3) the injection molding machine is used for performing an injection molding process; and (4) the mold stripping is performed to produce the vehicle foot mat having the blanket. The vehicle foot mat produced by the in-mold blanket bonding production process comprises a foot mat body and a blanket arranged on the frontal surface of the foot mat body, wherein the foot mat body and the blanket arranged on the frontal surface of the foot mat body are combined in an in-mold blanket bonding manner. The in-mold blanket bonding production process produces the product by using the injection molding machine for direct injection molding; and the mode has the advantages of simplifying the production steps, improving the production efficiency, increasing the bonding degree of the blanket on the produced foot mat without easily dropping, improving the product quality and reducing the production cost.
