The invention discloses a damping device for vehicles. The damping device comprises a hydraulic damper body (1), an oil pump (3), an oil storage container (4), a detection unit for collecting road condition information, and a controller (5) which controls the operation of the oil pump (3) according to the road condition information, wherein the hydraulic damper body (1) comprises a damper cylinder (15) and a damper piston (14) which is mounted in the damper cylinder (15) in a sleeving manner so as to form a sealed space, and the oil pump (3), the oil storage container (4) and the hydraulic damper body (1) are connected so as to form a whole hydraulic loop. In addition, the invention further discloses an active suspension comprising the damping device for vehicles, and a vehicle comprising the active suspension. The damping device for vehicles, which is disclosed by the invention, can automatically regulate the self damping degree according to the road condition information, so that the road sense of a driver is improved, and the operation stability of the vehicle and the riding comfort of passengers are improved.
