Pinion-and-rack type steering gear piston roll riveting device

The invention discloses a pinion-and-rack type steering gear piston roll riveting device which comprises a rack shaft sleeved with a piston and a supporting shaft. The supporting shaft is provided with a limit seat, an automatic reset device and supports, wherein the limit seat is limited to one end of the rack shaft, and the supports support the rack shaft. The rack shaft is sleeved with a limit sleeve attached to the end of a piston, and extrusion wheels located on a roll riveting machine are arranged on the two sides of the piston and the limit sleeve respectively. The extrusion wheels are provided with extrusion grooves matched with the limit sleeve and the piston. According to the pinion-and-rack type steering gear piston roll riveting device, the automatic reset device is adopted, when the rack shaft and the center of a roller are inconsistent in height and the roll riveting machine conducts roll riveting on the piston, the center height can be automatically adjusted, automatic resetting can be conducted, and operability is good. Meanwhile, the limit sleeve is adopted for limitation, and the piston is accurately located.
