Zusammenfassung:	A surfactant composition comprises (A) polyether modified silicone as illustrated in the formula (I), (B1) water and (C1) water soluble organic solvents. In formula (I), R represents an alkyl group with 1-5 hydrogen atoms or carbon atoms. n is an integer ranging from 6-20. The composition has great dispersibility, wettability, permeability when cooperated in water and has water soluble performance. The composition which can cope with high-speed printing and high-speed coating is suitably used for the environmental issue.
