The longyan shell rice flour is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 25 parts of longyan shell powder and 75 to 95 parts of rice flour; preferably, the longan shell rice flour is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of longan shell powder and 85 parts of rice flour. The rice flour is prepared by adding the longyan shell powder in the traditional preparation method of the rice flour, and has the advantages of high nutrient value, excellent mouthfeel, heath-care efficiency and no use of any additive.
